We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers so delivery times cannot be guaranteed and packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your items have shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

Returns

Regularly priced and unworn items will gladly be returned for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the tag is still attached and there is no physical damage to the product. Please return the product in its original packaging. 

To get a refund for an item, simply create a return label and ship back the item in its original condition.

Regularly priced items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, exchanged for an alternate size or color, or exchanged for a different product of the same value of your original product. Alternatively, you can also request store credit at the same value of the product you purchased for regularly priced items.

*Please note sale items cannot be returned or refunded. They can only be exchanged for a replacement size, color, or an item equivalent to the value of your original purchased product. Alternatively, you can also request store credit at the same value of the product you originally purchased for sale items. This includes items purchased during sales that occur throughout our site for special occasions and throughout the year.

If an item you ordered sells out or runs out of stock, we are happy to offer either an exchange for a product of the same value or a discount of 15% on your next order. Alternatively, you can also request store credit at the same value of the product you originally purchased for items that are out of stock.

Exchanges

You can place a new order if a replacement size, color, or alternative items are required, and return the original item(s) to us for a refund. (Please read the above RETURNS policy).

All "Sale" items can only be exchanged for a replacement size, color, or an item equivalent to the value of your original purchased product. You can also request store credit at the same value of the product you originally purchased."Sale" items include items purchased during sales that occur throughout our site for special occasions and throughout the year.

Returns can take up to 10 working days to get to us and it is important to understand that return labels are the responsibility of the buyers and must be attached on the original packaging in order for us to process your return within 24 hours of receiving your item (s). 

*Buyers are responsible for shipping of all items back and forth to our warehouse, any and all shipping charges are not eligible for store credits/vouchers. Shipping costs are not refunded or applied to store credit during the return process.
